Starlight Tubes manufactures precision cold-drawn Monel 400 (UNS N04400 / DIN 2.4360) seamless condenser and heat exchanger tubes. Our tubes provide superior resistance to steam impingement, saltwater corrosion, and cavitation in power plant marine condensers and multi-stage flash desalination brine heaters.
We supply Monel 400 tubes in straight lengths up to 20 meters and custom U-bend configurations. Every tube undergoes 100% eddy current testing, hydro testing up to 500 bar, flattening, and flaring inspection per TEMA and ASME Section VIII.
