Starlight Tubes manufactures premium Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT (UNS N08800 / N08810 / N08811) seamless and welded high-temperature pipes. Offering complete immunity to sigma phase embrittlement, Incoloy 800HT maintains ductile fracture toughness during continuous long-term exposure to carburizing and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1000°C.
Our 800HT pipes are produced with solution heat treatment at 1150°C+ to ensure controlled coarse grain structure (ASTM 5 or coarser). Every pipe undergoes ultrasonic, hydrostatic, and PMI inspection.
