Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) High-Strength Superalloy Pipes
Precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-niobium superalloy engineered for rocket engines, gas turbines, and high-pressure sour gas wells.
AMS 5589 / ASTM B983 UNS N07718 (Alloy 718) High-Strength Pipe
Starlight Tubes produces precision-engineered Inconel 718 (UNS N07718 / DIN 2.4668) seamless pipes and heavy-wall hollow bars for extreme mechanical loading and corrosive subsea environments. Unlike many age-hardening superalloys, 718 exhibits outstanding weldability without spontaneous cracking during heating or cooling.
Our Inconel 718 pipes are supplied in solution-annealed or precipitation age-hardened conditions per AMS 5589 and API 6A CRA requirements. Every length undergoes ultrasonic immersion testing, hydrostatic pressure verification, and microstructural grain size analysis.
