Starlight Tubes manufactures high-performance Stainless Steel 904L (UNS N08904 / DIN 1.4539) seamless and welded pipes for demanding chemical process and marine applications. With 25% nickel, 20% chromium, 4.5% molybdenum, and 1.5% copper, Grade 904L provides outstanding resistance to pitting (PREN ≥ 34), crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
Our 904L pipes are thoroughly tested with 100% PMI, hydrostatic, ultrasonic, and intergranular corrosion tests per ASTM A262. They are widely utilized in sulfuric acid manufacturing, phosphoric acid fertilizer plants, seawater cooling systems, paper bleaching plants, and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) scrubbers.
