ASTM A312 TP317L Chemical & Flue Gas Desulfurization Pipe
Starlight Tubes produces premium ASTM A312 TP317L seamless and welded stainless steel pipes for chemical processing, textile dyeing, and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems. The higher molybdenum and chromium content of 317L provides enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in environments containing chlorides, sulfurous acid, and organic acids.
Our 317L pipes are fully solution-annealed at 1050°C and rapidly quenched. Each pipe is tested with hydro testing, intergranular corrosion testing (ASTM A262), and positive material identification (PMI) to ensure uncompromised quality in critical process lines.
