ASTM A789 UNS S32750 Super Duplex Precision Tubing
Starlight Tubes manufactures high-precision Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750 / EN 1.4410) seamless tubing for the world's most demanding oil & gas, petrochemical, and marine industries. Engineered with 25% Cr, 7% Ni, 4% Mo, and 0.28% N, Grade 2507 provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, erosion corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
Our 2507 tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic and eddy current examination, ASTM G48 pitting corrosion qualification at 50°C, and microstructural phase balance inspection per NORSOK M-650 standards. Supplied in coiled lengths or straight tubes for subsea umbilicals and heat exchangers.
