ASME B16.5 & B16.47 Forged Slip-On Flanges
Economical and versatile forged slip-on flanges offering fast alignment and reliable dual-fillet weld integrity.
ASME B16.5 Forged Slip-On Raised Face Flange (SORF)
Starlight Tubes manufactures precision forged Slip-On Flanges (SORF) per ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and EN 1092-1 Type 12. Slip-on flanges are preferred across chemical processing, water utilities, HVAC, and oil storage terminals due to their lower procurement cost and straightforward installation.
Available in carbon steel (A105, A350 LF2), stainless steel (A182 F304L, F316L, F321), Duplex (F51, F53), and Aluminium. Every flange is CNC-machined with standard phonographic serrated raised faces per ASME B16.5.
