Starlight Tubes manufactures ASTM A335 Grade P22 (2.25Cr-1Mo) seamless alloy steel pipes engineered for high-pressure superheated steam systems and petrochemical reactors. The higher chromium and molybdenum levels in P22 provide outstanding resistance to oxidation, high-temperature hydrogen attack (HTHA), and stress rupture.
Our P22 pipes are manufactured with strict control over carbon equivalent and trace impurities. Supplied in normalized and tempered condition with 100% NDT inspection, hydrostatic testing, and full EN 10204 3.1 certification.
